We’re a small family dog training business located in Northern Michigan.
In addition to dog training, I will also be offering practice dog grooms while I finish up school for my certification in dog grooming. These services will be inexpensive since it is for practice!

Hi, my name is Shelby Taylor! I am a certified dog trainer through Animal Behavior College. I will also become certified in dog grooming. Ever since I was young, I have always had a love for animals. I’m excited to be starting this journey.
I will be expanding my knowledge and become certified in dog grooming as well. I enjoy grooming my personal dogs. A few family friends have been letting me practice on their furry friends too! For these services, I will offer a flat rate. Once I receive my certification, prices are subject to change.
My husband and I have 4 dogs and 5 children. We like to stay busy. My children love animals and are taught to respect a dogs personal space. Please, feel free to reach out with any questions you may have!

Private Lessons
One time Sessions - 60 minutes
One time training sessions are for dogs who need work with minor behaviors such as jumping, chewing, potty training, certain basic obedience training.
Price - $25.00
3 Week Course - 60 minute session once a week
Brush up on basic obedience training and address any minor problem behaivors.
Price - $75.00
6 Week Course - 60 minute session once a week
This course will include all basic obedience such as sit, down, stay, recall, loose leash walking. it also includes solving problem behaviors; jumping, chewing, barking.

Puppy Board and Train
Weekend puppy board and train program for puppies 12 weeks to 6 months of age. Puppies must have all puppy vaccinations before attending a board and train. During the board and train your puppy will work on potty training, crate training, introduction to basic obedience, and socialization. Your puppy will go on 2 socialization outings during their stay.
1 hour session to go over what your puppy has started working on. Owner provides food for the duration of the board and train.
Drop off will be Friday morning
Pick up is anytime Sunday afternoon.
